ITORA ("we", "us") is an independent architectural practice based in Portugal. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you complete the Home Wellbeing quiz or contact us, we may collect:

• Name and email address.
• Phone number (optional).
• Country and city of your residence.
• Property details you choose to share: type, size, year built, number of residents, work-from-home arrangement, focus areas, environmental concerns and renovation plans.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Prepare your personalised Home Wellbeing pre-diagnosis.
• Assess whether your home fits within our service zones and current capacity.
• Contact you about the ITORA Assessment if there is a clear fit.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored securely on our infrastructure and processed only by ITORA.

4. Retention

We retain quiz and enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and, where relevant, to conduct the Assessment. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To make a request, email hello@itora.studio.
